Having trained so many launch teams, and worked on launches at scale, I’ve seen first-hand the power of the dream team - and even those with no launch experience performing at a world-class level with the right leadership and training.
A great launch manager will get team members with no experience performing well in a launch, uplevel your results and make launches feel lighter. They’re not strictly a “manager” they’re often also someone who executes parts of the launch until you have dedicated team members for each competency. This takes time, but is expedited with the right person on board as manager.
They create calm from chaos, support you as your wing-person, blend the art and science of launching, find solutions under pressure. They bring huge energy when yours is waning and think 10 steps ahead even when they’re crazy busy “doing”.

We’re taught “Hard work = Success” (school, career, business). As a teenage Mum of 2 who became a single Mum, I built the belief that if I just worked hard then I'd be successful.
As an entrepreneur I quickly hit burnout building my marketing agency and rock-bottom with my health. I'd been hustling too hard for success and vowed to change my life.
Seeing the opportunities in the e-learning space I began turning my knowledge into courses and selling them using launches. To begin with my launches were stressful, chaotic and small – but a few accidental launches taught me a way that worked better and was so fun.
I’ve taught my launch methodology to thousands all over the world, from complete newbies to some of the biggest names in the online world and took launch-fails to wild successes.
I've gone from dreaming of creating impact in the world, to making millions in sales for my clients and helping them to transform their own lives and those around them.

This is a 6-month comprehensive training program that takes your team member (or you if you’re straddling the role right now) to next-level launch manager status.
Simply put - if you’re the leader of your company, you shouldn’t be managing your launch - no matter how good you are at it. Launch leadership and launch management are two entirely different roles.
My new program will equip them (or you if you’re stepping into this role) with the knowledge, strategy, systems and support they need to not only manage your launches but help you take your launch-powered business to the next level - even if they have never launched before.
This is for assistants, project managers, marketing team members, integrators or your number-2 in command that want to step into the launch manager role. We recommend this is a full-time position (launches are never part-time!) although they can be a contractor, or part-time people able to be full-time during the build up to a launch and key weeks.
It could even be your role right now as you’re scaling, and this training can be a huge advantage as you go to next-level with your launch (and this then enables you to make that dream-hire).

IT'S NOT A COURSE
Launch experience is obviously a huge advantage, but I have trained launch teams with no experience at all. What is important is that you have a team member who has the following skills:
They are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects, they have a true love of marketing strategy and love tech and finding new ways of doing things.
There is an understanding that launches are a “season” of busy work and require a 7-day commitment during key weeks. They have the ability to think creatively, with a passion for measuring and interpreting KPIs and create insights from data.
They have a love of learning, are comfortable getting their hands dirty during launch! This team member is able to perform well under pressure and always strive to find solutions and keep great energy when facing challenges. This is someone who has a strong desire to keep you in your zone of genius.
Anyone can learn to launch, but the most important attributes of your launch manager are values, mission and culture alignment.
What level of experience is needed?
Learning time & live workshops will require a 5-6 hour a week commitment for 15 weeks. Once the workshops are done, then it is totally up to the launch manager to decide how much time they spend on coaching calls.
The program is 6 months although not 6-months of time commitment. We know that you may have a launch that will fill a 12 week period during this time - so our 6 month support gives your launch manager the support as they implement what they learn in the program.

How much time do I need to dedicate to this as leader?
None! This is training for your Launch Manager only (unless that's you!) - but you can have access to the training too.
